Is this a sign that I should be feeling guilty about what I did? Honestly, even if I am still in a relationship and I did it with someone else, I really dont feel guilty. I'm bad, I know! Maybe everything that has happened is a sign that I should re-evaluate this relationship that I am still into... if it's still worth keeping. God, what's wrong with me. I seriously don't feel any guilt about it.

I don't want to break a yearly tradition here in my blog so here is a recap of the significant things that happened in 2007...

- Started preparing for my move here to the US by doing clean-up... physically and emotionally
- Most of my life the past year was spent in the office juggling several projects at a time
- My immediate superior, kumpare, good mentor... Roldz resigned from our company
- Finally had the guts to ask for a raise from my boss but had to justify the raise thru an email. It paid off anyway... got more than 51% salary increase.
- Sort of fired some workmates... believe me... delivering the bad news was one of the most difficult things I've done in my entire life
- Had the greatest time in Hong Kong with my good friends and workmates
- Took driving lessons and started driving in Manila
- Finally got government issued identification cards such as my SS card and driver's license
- Got to manage a non-java project that honestly tested my patience and how much I love my job
- Left Manila for the US in October
- Fell in love with San Francisco. Or should I say fell in love IN SFO? Hahaha. Had a hella great time with my mom's bestfriend's family.
- Lived in Temecula, CA at my aunt's for almost a month
- Had a great time with my friends in LA
- Annual pass in San Diego Seaworld and Universal Studios
- First birthday away from home
- First project here in the US in November at Phoenix, Arizona. Back to SAP EP programming.
- Conquered the US freeways
- Visited Las Vegas and Grand Canyon
- First Christmas spent with friends

I've been blessed with too many good things last year. I hope this year will be as good or even better than 2007. Cheers to my new independent life in a foreign land!
